Could you provide more details about what versions of PHP, WordPress and the plugin you have installed?
Is this happening after an update or on a fresh install?
Thanks

WP is 4.1.1.
PHP is 5.4.34
The plugin was one version back – just updated it.
We recently did a wholesale change on the site content and theme…although the site had been WP before, and the plugin had been working as far as anyone knows – although to be honest, I don’t think anyone was paying attention before, and I only got involved to develop the new theme and such, so I don’t really know what was going on before.
Anyway, it’s been spinning on doing the manual backup for an hour now. Will check back later and see if it actually successfully completed, but I’m going to guess it’ll bomb out and only have the database backup in it as it has been doing…

…went back in just now. It’s been running for a day. Cancelled the job.

Well, I went and deleted out some stuff that we probably didn’t need anymore, and the backup worked. Must have just been too much stuff for it…
