complete order always send

@hamals complete order email is of two types.

1) Summary email
2) Default WooCommerce order email

Please attach a screenshot of your settings page so we can guide you which checkbox need to be unchecked.

@hamals are you sure that order is not being split? Because whenever order will be splitted, only then parent email will be stopped. Else parent email will be sent as usual by default.
