Hiya,
From the common fields we have added ‘completed Date’ & order date but both fields(columns) are always empty ?

Can you help?

hello

please go to section Format and select necessary formats in Date and Time.

don’t use “-“ .

Sorry we were obviously being thick there but many thanks for your quick reply 🙂

We have tried various things but nothing seems to work?
Would appreciate your ideas please and happy to pay for support.

please open >Setup Fields>Product Order Items, click Add Field and seek for necessary key in the dropdown.
