“Completed order” email

Hi, I’m having trouble with my WooCommerce store sending the “Completed order” email notification. My SMTP plugin is set up, the email is enabled in WooCommerce, and I can preview and test the template. WP Mail Logging shows the email as sent, but my customers (and I) aren’t receiving it. All other emails seem to be working.
Can you help me check the logs or settings in WP Mail SMTP to figure out why only the “Completed order” email isn’t being delivered? I’m a bit overwhelmed and would really appreciate step-by-step guidance.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
