    Hello,

    I have a question for your plugin. When someone pay with his card, does the system make the “on hold” order to “completed” automatically?

    In my e-shop nothing is changed. I make them completed by myself.

    Hello,
    If the transaction is successful the plugin is going to change the order status to processing, since completed status has to be when you process the order (shipment etc)
    Completed status is going to be set by plugin only if all order items are downloadable, so in that case there is no need for you to have any action.

    If your order is not getting the process status after completion of payment you probably have a misconfiguration.
    What returning urls you have declared in viva wallets admin dashboard?

    Να ρώτησω ( στα Ελληνικά ) όταν μια συναλλαγή ολοκληρωθεί πρέπει να είναι Virtual (εικονικό) και Downloadable ( μεταφωρτόσιμο ) ή μόνο μεταφωρτόσιμο ? γιατί όταν το έχω και στα 2 μου το κάνει εκκρεμεί

    update ξαφνικά οι παραγγελίες βγαίνουν σαν CANCELED αντιμετωπίζει κάποιο πρόβλημα το API ?

    Καλημέρα @firerm συνεχίζει να ισχύει το πρόβλημα;
    Μπορεί να υπήρχε κάποια δυσλειτουργία απο την μεριά της viva.

    καλημέρα, το api της VIVA δεν είχε downtime και όλα λειτουργούσαν σωστά ( https://status.vivawallet.com ) , το περίεργο είναι πως μία λειτουργεί και μία όχι ! Στην πρώτη φορά που έκανα την συναλλαγή όλα πήγαν καλά και redirection έκανε και όλα … με την ΙΔΙΑ κάρτα ( Mastercard Debit ) όταν ξαναέκανα το redirection λειτούργησε αλλά σαν αποτυχημένη γιατί η κάρτα δεν έγινε δεκτή! Με άλλη κάρτα VISA (DEBIT) έπαιξε ! Aναρωτιέμαι βλέποντας και τα άλλα add on που έχετε (για όλες τις τράπεζες ) αν είναι πρόβλημα των τραπεζών ( ποιες κάρτες δέχονται και κάθε πότε) πραγματικά δεν βγάζω άκρη …
