    Hello, Please a lot of completed orders (or in processing) is showing done for many clients (successfully completed) but actually they payment is declined (sometimes) what i’m asking you is to fix this plugin error. Because it makes thing confusing by showing completed with an order number for me on woocommerce dashboard and for clients. But when i check on the Youcanpay plateforme or even on the clients transactions history it’s declined.

  • I have the same error, just for a quick fix try using the standalone mode.

    Hello bro, Quick fix for the declined payments or the bug on showing completed when it isn’t

    For both, try use the other option not the normal one :

    For declined payments, its from YouCan itself, you cant fix it. Because they have their own algorithms that may or may not accept a payment based on different things, like card type, user IP…

    Yes sure, It’s like the Radar Option in Stripe, they block some payment especially for VPN users and High risk prudence, you are right i will try the other method to avoid the bugs and errors at least.
