Hello,
This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Test to see if the issue has been resolved
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Hi.. same issue on our website too. The completed orders are not showing even though the number of ALL orders shows the number including the completed orders, but the orders are not visible anywhere.
I deactivated the theme as suggested and tried troubleshooting mode with every plugin installed. Nothing.
Please help!!
Hi @metravi,
Please create your own forum topic, as each user’s issue requires undivided attention.
Hi @thunimany
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
Hi,
I apologize for the late reply. The problem has been fixed. It was a plugin error and a re-installation fixed it. Thanks for your help.
@thunimany
Glad to hear it – thanks for letting us know!
If you have any further questions, I recommend creating a new thread.
@thunimany Hi.. please share which plugin was causing the issue. We are having the same issue on our website.
@metravi The plugin “Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce” caused this issue. When contacted, they mentioned that “Track Ship” moved into a separate plugin (which was once a part of “Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce”). So after installing “Track ship”, everything was back to normal. Hope this helps 🙂
@thunimany thank you!!! That did solve it. Thanks again.
