You’re correct, there is nothing on that page that indicates you’re using the GDE shortcode at all. Even in the case of an error, there would be some kind of indicator.
Either you don’t have GDE installed and activated (which I highly doubt, since you’re posting here) or perhaps there is some other plugin in your environment that is counteracting shortcode functionality. Even if GDE were to completely fail, there would be some reference to that either in the page source as HTML comments or visibly on the page, so I have to surmise it’s being bypassed or inheriting a problem from elsewhere.
I figured it out, there is an issue within the theme that it will not pull in information from the content area without certain template types being chosen. Changed it and it came up.
