Completely delete plugin

    I faced the same issue, but solved the problem by installing the plugin “USER ROLE EDITOR”.

    Dashboard > User > Edit User Roles > Delete Role [on the right hand] > Select Role > Confirm.

    This way you can delete extra user roles that you don’t need. Thank you. Others may find it useful, so this posting.

    Hello,
    This has been solved in AnsPress 4.0. New version releasing on 1st January.
