Completely delete Plugin

    I would like to completely remove this plugin so I can re-install it. Just deactivating and then deleting it does not do that. I’m new at this so if you know how I need specific instructions please. Also why doen’t WP have a tool that allows you to do this when you delete a plugin or make it a requirement for all approved plugins.
