Completely gray screen?

    generally; as per the troubleshooting guidelines in the AO FAQ, try enabling just HTML, just CSS and just JS optimization to pinpoint the problem.

    specifically; when you view source of that grey page, do you see HTML (in which case I suspect a JS problem from not unhiding the page) or is the source empty (in which case you have a server error which could be due to the CSS minifier crashing due bugs in your site’s CSS)?
