Hi.. PublishPress Capabilities is no longer in use in a client’s site so I need to completely remove it. In addition to the plugin deletion what Database entries i need to remove..?

You can reset back to the default WordPress core instead by do reset in Capabilities menu:

We don’t store any specific value into custom database.

WordPress user roles and their respective capabilities are stored in wp_user_roles of wp_options table.

Editing a raw database table is not really a good one as it can cause something to go wrong.

That’s why we recommend to reset the capabilities instead.
