Completely remove Nextgen Pro

We highly recommend that you create a full and verified backup of your site before proceeding just in case you run into any problems:

– It is preferable to delete your galleries (if possible) before starting the process.
– Deactivate and delete NextGen Gallery
– Use FTP to remove any NextGEN Gallery related folders.
– Then use something like https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-dbmanager/ to drop all the ngg tables

Table to drop:
wp_ngg_albumwp_ngg_gallerywp_ngg_pictures tables

Also, some or all of the following custom post type settings are created and can be removed with something like https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/custom-post-type-cleanup/

display_type
displayed_gallery
gal_display_source
lightbox_library
ngg_album
ngg_coupon
ngg_gallery
ngg_order
ngg_pictures
ngg_pricelist
ngg_pricelist_item
photocrati-comments custom posts

And you are ready to go.
You can hide the shortcodes on your site with https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/remove-orphan-shortcodes/ until you remove them manually.
