Completely remove the plugin from the site

I tried this plugin, but it was a huge mistake. There are too many bugs in it.
I deleted it, but when I installed the discus – the plugin modified database.
the plugin removal deletes all of its data from the database?
– if not, how to remove all the garbage from the database after installing of this plugin? i need to back database to its original state.
