Completely SCAM

I would have selected 0 stars, if possible. I simply wanted to do a migration and was searching for a plugin. The plugin description says “Duplicator streamlines site migrations by packaging your website files and database into a single file, known as a “backup”. Download and re-install your “backup” on any new WordPress location or server without dealing with complicated setups”. However, it does not! There’s not even a migrate function available. Importing or uploading a backup is not possible (beside the fact that importing a backup and migrating to a different domain are two completely different things). So I upgraded to a paid plan, as I’ve been told to do so. And oh wonder, it still doesn’t allow me to migrate. The “Import Backup” page is blurry and disabled. On the settings page it says that I have to pay even more and upgrade to an “Unlicensed” plan, which on the checkout page on their website doesn’t even exist!
Some pages say, the migration is possible with the Lite plugin, other say you need Pro. The overview of the different plans doesn’t say anything about migration, although their plugin is called “Backups & MIGRATION plugin”.
I can’t think of anything being possibly more SCAM!! It is all leading to make you pay more, just to find out that what you are looking for is still not available.
