Is there any way to totally uninstall and delete all data, and then to reinstall plugin. I have made some mistakes on first setup, and now wrong leagues/teams are appearing again after new installation.

Login to the admin area, uninstall the plugin and select to remove all data as well.

If this does not work, login to your server side control panel and view the databases. Remove all data related to the plugin from the database.
