Complex Membership access

I’m wondering if there’s a way to setup the membership to accommodate this scenario.
The end user has an option to buy into 3 membership options that allow access for only 1 year. It is a 3 tier training system but each tier should be paid for separately.
Example I buy into an intermediate training system for $20. I get 10 training videos that I can watch over the course of the year. Cool – I liked them, time to buy a new set. So I buy the Advanced training system and I get access to another 10 training videos for another $20 which now is prolonged for a year. Once again – I decide – I liked both sets so much that I then purchase into the beginners set for $20 for a year.
Confused for a solution. Seems easy yet complicated given the options I feel I have.
