    Hello,

    i am having issues of changing the plugins language. By this i refer to the language of the plugin itself as well as the automatically generated cookie information page and the consent banner. The language of the page was initially set to english, but changed to german (formal) before the first installation. I have tried several things to resolve this issue:

    – cleared website cache
    – used locotranslate
    – reset consent banner
    – rerun the wizard
    – changed language configuration several times and tried to reinstall the plugin

    Hello @mahjoubko ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Since you’ve changed the site language, you’re probably missing the translations from ww.wp.xz.cn.
    Could you please check if any translations are available to download under Dashboard > Updates > Translations? There should be some available.

    Once the translations are updated, you can reset the consent banner; it will then use the updated strings.
