The plugin is already waiting for consent to be obtained for the categories in the Cookie Banner (or the Cookie Policy), and will emit events in Tag Manager that you can use to fire tags based on this consent; such as cmplz_event_marketing which fires after Marketing consent is received, also see this guide under (Step-by-step) Firing tags based on consent in Tag Manager.
Currently it looks like you’re using the Consent Mode tag template as well, and it would require the Complianz Premium plugin to enable Consent Mode support for the Tag Template to work as expected.

If you would like us to assist, we are really going to require some further information about the exact behavior that you are experiencing that’s not correct.
You are currently applying the Consent Mode Tag Template while using the Free version of Complianz, and that will not work, as support for Consent Mode V2 is part of the Premium plugin.
In your case, you can remove the Tag Template from GTM, and instead apply the method in this article under “(Step-by-step) Firing tags based on consent in Tag Manager” fire tags in GTM after consent is obtained.
