I tried to send an email to support(at)complianz.io from two different email services. Both tell me that it is not valid as an address..

Yes, you have to replace the (at) with an actual @ symbol.
I’m doing this to avoid being sent a bunch of spam. 🙂

Not a problem at all, although it does seem that I haven’t received your message yet.
You could try submitting it through the Support Form on this page (https://complianz.io/support/) instead, you can skip the license key field.
