Complicated Import and Export

– You need to export each data individually and there’s no option to export them all at once
– you can’t import the exported .csv files due to a silly message : (The file you uploaded does not appear to be a CSV file) to fix that you need to rename them to .txt !!!! (I didn’t edit the .csv file !)
– You need to manually select some stupid options from a drop down list for the imported data not to mention that some don’t even match their parent’s name
– it doesn’t work
– worse that that there’s no support to help you
I’m gonna give this plugin 1 star for the time being. once you fixed the issue lemme and I’ll promote.
Update : I solved the issues myself but the edd’s Import and Export system is still complicated and there is no way to back up your entire edd database all at once. I’ll update this review in the future if I see any progress.
