Comprehensive Letting Agent Plugins?

Hi

I am looking for a comprehensive plugin for a letting agent/estate agent website that will, in addition to all the usual, allow for site users to create accounts so they can save their searches and subscribe to email notifications, save their favourite properties and update their details.

Does anyone have a plugin they can recommend for this? I found Listing Press which seemed to cover all my requirements (http://themeforest.net/item/listingpress-real-estate-listings-wp-theme/4840356) but it seems to not be being developed any more….
