Compressed/excerpt post in Superhero theme

    Could anyone please tell me how I can create a post in a category that is a compressed/excerpt version when using the Superhero theme.

    There is an example shown on the Superhero demo page http://superherodemo.wordpress.com/ under the title Phasellus Sit Amet Libero Sed which is the effect I would like to achieve.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hi Neil, that post is using the “More” tag to display a post excerpt on the front page. If you flip to Text/HTML view in your post, you can add this special tag in the spot where you want to split the post:

    <!--more-->

    You could also click the “More” button in the Visual Editor if you prefer, which will insert the code for you:
