Compression causes error in 404 processing

    When I enable compression, 404 errors cause a browser error. In Firefox, the error is: `Content Encoding Error

    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.`

    Disabling compression fixes the problem.

    Who is hosting your website? Do you have nginx set up? Can you link me to the site?
