We have a customer who has reported intermittent issues with “This site can’t be reached” – error: “ERR_HTTP2_COMPRESSION_ERROR” since installing and configuring W3TC.

I’ve been unable to recreate in Firefox or Chrome – but they’ve seen it come up a few times.

They go to the site and then try and open the links on the page in a new tab — and some of the links show the error – and others don’t.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @abrenes

    Thank you for reaching out.
I’ve checked your website on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE, reloaded the website multiple times, tried incognito, cleared the browser cache and I haven’t had any issues of this kind. Every time I was able to visit your website without any problem.
I can see that you are using brotli to compress your files so maybe the issue is on the visitor’s end if they are using some browser that does not support brotli.
Try switching to gzip compression and see if that helps!
    Thanks!
