Is this plugin fully completable with OLS?

Yes, the plugin is compatible with OpenLiteSpeed, make sure the Rewrites are active through LiteSpeed WebAdmin Console. See this article for more details https://www.wp-hide.com/setup-wp-hide-on-litespeed/
