    I am running this plugin and the website I’m managing has issues with network traffic – I’m just wondering if this could have to do with the configuration or if there are any common points that are known to cause these issues.

    Could you specify what network issues you have? Do you mean you want the CleanTalk plugin to be faster?

    @serge00 Hello Serge!

    My concern here is if there’s any chance part of this plugin could cause performance issues or if there are specific protocols that should be turned off on older servers such as the one the company I’m working for insists to use – I’m trying to get to the bottom of these performance issues.

    (I am not implying they are coming from the plugin, just a conflict with a poorly managed server as the one I’m dealing with)

    The first thing that comes to my mind is the Pixel option, you can turn it off. All other options in the plugin work great for site performance in their default values.

    If you face any specific issues caused by our plugin please let us know, we will investigate it.
