Condition CSS formatting for IE

So, I have an ie.css stylesheet for my tooltips on http://beta.cleantelligent.com/cleantelligent-pricing

It is working on http://www.cleantelligent.com/cleantelligent-pricing but not the beta, which is on wordpress.

For some reason, the images on the beta are misplaced when viewed from Internet Explorer. Thoughts on this?
