    Dear jompy,

    Yes, that’s possible to achieve. Go to Form Options> Conditional Fields and here set show, then “the name of the text field” if press + button and set the “the name of the Phone number” to “is” and provide the number. Thank you.

    Hi Webdorado

    Thanks for the reply. I know there is a conditional fields button. But for some reason it does not do anything when I click on it when using my form that I have created. It seems to work with the sample forms provided though.

    Any explanation/

    Dear jompy,

    The issue might be caused by a Javascript error. Could you please check it out pressing F12 button after pressing on the Condition button and send the error message to us?

    Dear jompy,

    Could you please provide us link to your website and temporary full Admin access? We are unable to see the causes with the provided data.
