Conditional Content in Post/Page Based on Selection

    Is there a plugin that allows me to show content in a page based on the users selection on front end?

    Example: http://www.redkensalon.com/distributor-locator/

    The thing is that I have a set of results for different sporting events going back 10 years in table form.

    The visitor would be able to choose category eg. Running, Swimming, Cycling. Then choose Year, Then the event. Based on the selection the right content is displayed.
