Conditional doesn’t work

    I am trying out the free version to see if the plugin fulfill my wishes. So far it cost me a lot of time and a headache to work with the plugin. Depending on what option is selected “bulk”, “borduren” or “bedrukken”, a different selection balk should pop up. However, it is not doing that. I tried to change the field slug earlier as suggested, but unfortunately, that also did not help. Also, no error message pops up

    I am working with the Divi theme and already changed the price calculation field and image field in the settings. Have you any suggestions what the error could be?

    Hi,

    I think the problem is Divi theme.
    Try with Storefront theme, configure the product as you need. Then you may decide to switch the theme. It is ok, configuration will not be broken upon theme switch. I mean the data will remain. However the theme compatibility must be checked additionally.

    Hi,

    Thx for answering. It worked before in the divi theme and suddenly stopped working when working on another product then where I implemented it first. Isn’t there an easier way to try?

    When uploading another theme and then reinstalling the divi theme causing a lot of extra work and redoing things

    I think you have overwritten your products from other products. Please, check the docs, section about duplicating products and options.

    Hi Moomooagency,

    The automatic price calculation gave an error, turns out that the divi team has .price, instead of the standard value. Also the location of the image picture was a bit different. That was what I meant with setting the settings right.

    I created a complete new form, I did not duplicate anything. Also no products.

    I see that only maat S/M/L/XL options are connected.

    You mean in the price calculation? That is right, that is because I could not get the conditional statement working yet.

    Not in price calculation, I would say “for” both price calc and conditional logic.
