Conditional email value

Hi,
i’m trying to add the value of the selected conditional field to the email, but all values are displayed in the email not just the conditional selected value (i’m using radio buttons).
How can i set it up?

if you have a form like this:
[group group-1][text text-1][/group] [group group-2][text text-2][/group]Your mail should look like this:
