I tried to add simple yes/no condition. On clicking some text needs to shown. but its not working. Can you please help this on priority

It does work here but not on my website. Can you please check and help me resolve the same

Your theme seems to load the form trough an AJAX call. This means that you will need to run this peace of javascript right after the page is completely loaded:
```
const $form = jQuery('.wpcf7-form')
wpcf7.init($form[0])
wpcf7cf.initForm($form)
```
