    Using conditional fields I can get it to work in the preview, but it’s not working on the live version of the form. Any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong?

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

    There might be a Javascript conflict on your website. Could you please activate Use alternative version of JS code on front-end setting from Form Maker > Global options.

    In case this doesn’t help, please post the link to the page where you have published your form. We will take a closer look.
