Conditional fields

    I need to create few fields which will have some dependencies. I mean for example phone or email. Depend of the value in this options I need to do some special action. Few different fields to show in this case . Please clarify if it’s possible.

    This kind of thing is possible but it’s never simple and requires custom code. Are you familiar with JavaScript or PHP code? Also, how many fields are you showing/hiding? And what logic decides the field hiding/showing?
