your group and text have the same name. Please rename either [group agua] or [text* agua]

But not work, o have tried every thing , but there are no way.

the plugin is simply not loaded. try to disable all other plugins except for contact form 7 and conditional fields for contact form 7. if there is still a problem, try switching to another theme. Once the problem is gone, start enabling plugins again to determine which plugin is interfering with conditional fields
