Conditional fields aren’t showing

    Hi Jules!

    It seems that our conditional fields aren’t showing in the form.
    I’ve attached a link to the form.
    2 radio buttons here: http://prntscr.com/n33vrt
    When you choose “Yes” it must show 2 additional fields below.
    What can be the reason?
