Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7 dont work help please

    I try with my form with regions and sub-regions in chile but dont work. Then i use your example but the select dont make changes only show the basics fields. Do I need to activate aditional stuff? Thanks for your help? I have the last version of wordpress and contact form 7

    PLugin Contact form customizer is the problem. I uninstall this plugin and all work fine.!!!!!!!!!
