Conditional Fields in Version 4?

Does anyone know if 3.5.1 or the upcoming V4 of the plug in would allow conditional fields? I am looking to have someone enter the State they live in (here in the USA) and then the next field (a select field) would only display the cities in which we had office locations in that particular State.
