Conditional Fields remains Required also when not visible

Hello,
I have a conditional field that I would like to be required, but only when the condition passes.

For example: the billing_State field should be required, but only if a specific country is selected.

I can do both (condition and required) with this plugin, but when the billing_State condition dos not match, the field (that becomes hidden) is still required, so I can’t go on on checkout.

am I missing something?
