Conditional form display

Hello there,

before trying to build my custom code, I’d like to know if you have ever thought to a function or hook or action to display the widget form only if !is_logged_in() && !is_subscribed.

Of course I’d need that and I’d really appreciate if you provide a code snippet or some direction.
