Conditional Formatting to Display Column

One of the questions on my form is a yes/no radio button of “Would you like to be contacted by other students”, and the next question is email. If this is selected as ‘Yes’, I’d like the Single view page to display the email field for that entry. I can’t make it conditional on the form itself, as we need to collect everyone’s emails regardless of their preferences, but I’d like it displayed publicly if they agree.

Is there any way to do this?
