    Hi,

I need to make a custom invoice. When a customer in a specific state places an order, I need to have the custom invoice sent to them instead of the default/general invoice that goes out to all customers.

Is this possible with this plugin?

    Thanks!

    Hello @amandaa07

Yes, that should be possible with our Professional extension, because it adds the “Proforma” document that you can rename and use for the custom invoice. If you decide to buy a license we could assist you on that condition.

    Hope that helps!

Would the Proforma document be able to tell if an order is placed by a customer in the state of Wisconsin? Essentially I need customers who have their billing/shipping address in Wisconsin to receive the custom invoice. Is there some sort of shortcode or setting within the professional extension for this type of thing?

    Hello @amandaa07,

Besides the Professional extension, you’ll also need a custom code snippet we can provide if you have a license (it only works with proforma invoices, included in Professional extension).

Okay! I saw in the Professional Extension that some parts of the template can be edited. Could the paid date be added to the proforma invoice?

    Hi @amandaa07,

Yes, that can also be added in various ways. 🙂

    Hello,

We have purchased the premium extension and would like to add in the custom code snippet for the Wisconsin conditional invoice.

    Thanks!
