Conditional logic

Unfortunately conditional logic in forms is not a feature of Profile Builder.

You could use some custom code using jQuery to show / hide selects based on values, but you’ll have to do most of the coding your self: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10200498/jquery-conditional-show-an-element-based-on-drop-down-box-selection.
