    Hi

I am using around 200 conditional logic in one form to show and hide contents and this makes my form too slower. When I select any radio button, it takes 8-10 seconds to select the radio button. same for showing contents which is set in conditional logic. If I use 2-3 conditional logic then it works normal / fast.

Can anybody tell me whats wrong?

    Hi @mahuabd,

    We’d be happy to help!

As conditional logic is a paid feature, it seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance? From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the ww.wp.xz.cn support forums for the free version, but really appreciate your help!

    Thanks!

    Hi

Thanks for your response. Yes license bought from 3rd party and they don’t provide support.

By the way, is there any way to add loader when click on radio or dropdown button? When clicking on radio button or dropdown button, it takes long time to show the conditional field. If can add a loader when click on dropdown button that will be great. Kindly let me know if it is possible.

    Hi @rsouzaam

Can you give me some information about how can I add loader when click on select / radio or checkbox? It takes long time to select elements.

    Hi @mahuabd,

    Thanks for your follow-up question!

At the moment, we don’t have a built-in feature to add a loader as you described. However, I’ve made a note of this as a feature request, and we’ll definitely consider it as we plan for future updates.

Regarding the issue you’re experiencing, conditional logic should typically work instantly without any delays. If you’re using the Total field with the Order Summary, you might try disabling the Order Summary to see if that helps resolve the issue.

If the problem persists, I’d recommend checking out WPBeginner’s helpful guide on troubleshooting WordPress errors. This step-by-step guide can help you identify what might be causing the issue.

    I hope this information helps!

As a reminder, we’re unable to provide support for the paid version of WPForms here in the ww.wp.xz.cn forums for the free version. If you’d like access to our dedicated email support for WPForms Pro, you can consider upgrading at https://wpforms.com/pricing-lite/.

    Thanks!
