Hi,
Conditional logic works with checkbox also, you need to save options first.
I have tried this and cant seem to get it working,
1. I add a checkbox input with “Add Initials”+2 and “Add Badge”+2
If the Initals is selected this will open up a text input(conditional logic) box to add initials.
AM i doing something wrong here?
So I have a Checkbox Input and a text input that needs to open when initials are selected? Any help would be very grateful.

Sorry misunderstanding, it won’t work with checkbox. You can use select or radio input for conditional logic.

Thank you for letting me know that this isn’t possible, is there a work around to be able to do the above? or is this something that you could add to the plugin? It’s an excellent plugin and if it had this feature and worked on the theme that I’m using I would purchase.
