Conditional menu options not showing up

I can’t see conditional menu options in my Menu settings. I read other threads where people had this problem, and the main suggestion was to downgrade to version 2.1.5 (I’m currently using 2.2.5 with the most recent versions of wordpress). WHen I try using wp rollback and uploading the .zip file manually for version 2.1.5, no matter what the most recent version activates, if I say to replace it with 2.1.5. How the heck can I get access to the conditional menus?

Do the UM Menu settings show when you use a default WP theme such as 2020 or 2021?

Thank you for your reply, no they don’t. I just tried them both, the menu settings didn’t show up for any of the pages in the menu

Hi,

This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

Thank you, I tried doing the conflict test and still I cannot see the conditional menus in the menu section.

Could you please confirm that you’re looking for the UM Menu settings in the screenshot?

We couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end with the default WP themes. If you’re using a premium theme, I suggest that you contact the theme developer and see if they have the action wp_nav_menu_item_custom_fields hook set to their theme for other plugins to add settings. I figured it out, I was being dumb and didn’t realize I had to actually click logged in users to see the options. Thank you for your help, sorry for the trouble.
