Conditional Polls

Hi!
I would like to know if I can make conditional polls, example:

Poll 1: Which color do you prefer?
Answer 1: Blue
Answer 2: Red
If Poll 1 Answer is Blue
Go to Poll 2
Else (or Red)
Go to Poll 3
End
Show the results

It is possible?
