What is it you are trying to do? There is documentation for everything on the support site:
https://redirection.me/support/matching-redirects/
Thank for the link but it doesnt answer my question.
I’m looking for a simple example of what to input into the “Header Name” area and an example of what to input into the “Header Value” area.
Just give me an example of how you would fill this out. Thank you.
[ Header name? ] [ Header value? ]

You would put a HTTP header name and value in there (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Glossary/Request_header). It would help to know what you are trying to do.
For more context, the HTTP header match is for advanced and specific purposes where you want to redirect based on a HTTP request header. If you don’t have a need for that then it is. best left alone. If you do have a need then you use whatever header details you want to check for – you will know what these are.
