Conditional Shipping and Payments – Postcode Validation

I am using Conditional Shipping and Payments to restrict people to buy a product if they are living in a non supported area in the UK.

Problem is that the restriction does not work. When restricting B23 and excluding it from the tab, I test to order using that address, but it is letting the order go through.

Thanks for reaching out. From what I gather, this is about the “Conditional Shipping and Payments” plugin. The postcodes shown in the screenshot work fine. The issue arises when B23* postcodes are entered. Correct?

Just to clarify, is the B23* postcode restriction included together with the ones shown in the screenshot, or separately? Could you try separately and let us know how it goes, please?

Unfortunately I figured out how to restrict postcode areas with woocommerce itself.

Could you please tell me how I can get a refund on the “Conditional Shipping and Payments” plugin, I do not need it anymore & I think there is a 30 days money-back-guarante, isn’t it?
