    Hey,
    I am using Conditional Shipping and Payments to restrict people to buy a product if they are living in a non supported area in the UK.

    Problem is that the restriction does not work. When restricting B23 and excluding it from the tab, I test to order using that address, but it is letting the order go through.

    Could you have a look at my Screenshot, there I have the postcodes that are fine entered into the conditions tab.

    Thanks for reaching out. From what I gather, this is about the “Conditional Shipping and Payments” plugin. The postcodes shown in the screenshot work fine. The issue arises when B23* postcodes are entered. Correct?

    Just to clarify, is the B23* postcode restriction included together with the ones shown in the screenshot, or separately? Could you try separately and let us know how it goes, please?

    Thanks for the fast reply. Unfortunately I figured out how to restrict postcode areas with woocommerce itself. Could you please tell me how I can get a refund on the “Conditional Shipping and Payments” plugin, I do not need it anymore & I think there is a 30 days money-back-guarante, isn’t it?
